My Healing Journey
Since I was a child, the Bible verse I always remembered was Romans 12:2: "Do not conform to the patterns of this world, but be transformed by renewing of your mind." It was the anchor that grounded me a child and held me steady as an adult.
Following that verse throughout my life has stretched me, broken me, and rebuilt me time and time again in God, creating a beautiful story of love woven throughout it all.
My foundation is in Christianity, but healing and spirit are not about religion, culture, or anything else that divides us in this world. I was born in Seoul, South Korea, and my Korean name means Eternal Water. I was adopted at 8 months old, and my Christian name comes from the Linden tree, which is known to appear dead on the outside but holds life-giving seeds within. I have spent several years working with Indigenous communities, and in a Sweat, I was given the name Thunderbird Woman, and by an Elder, Debwewin Ikwe (Truth Woman). In a way, they all translate to spirit.

I have spent 17 years working in corrections, addictions, youth facilities, and shelters walking alongside the most beautiful souls on their healing journeys. God is within all of us; He is the light in our darkness. If we all saw ourselves more authentically as the spirit God created us to be, imagine how different this world would be and how different your life would be.
You were created for so much more, and through coaching, we can take one step at a time to discover how we were all meant to be free.
The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it. - John 1:5
