Purpose
As a Spiritual Coach my purpose with Kenosis Healing is to help people reconnect with their inner spirit, as God created them to be. After spending over 17 years managaing and creating facilities that focus on addiction, the unhoused, and other community-based issues, I found that the best way to genuinely help people was by addressing their spiritual needs first. Joy and peace come from within. You may heal external wounds but healing the soul is what brings tangible change. Let me help you explore your deepest, truest self and tap into your inner strength.

There can be such beauty in destruction and endless hope in what will be made new. It’s the process of tearing yourself down to reveal a more authentic you. If nature does it over and over with humility and grace, then have faith we can too.
Healing your spirit is the foundation to all healing. We go through life accumulating identities in this world, trauma, grief, loss, ideas, religions, beliefs etc. All we do is accumulate and believe that the more we accumulate, the more free we will be.
Take one step back at a time and let it go to rediscover who God created us to be…not who this world deceived us to be.
Kenosis is the process of emptying yourself out, letting go, and surrendering all that holds us back from inner peace, joy, freedom and love.
What we have received is not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, so that we may understand what God has freely given us. 1 Corinthians 2:12
